Service Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you (the client) and Life Seasons Counselling for professional mental health counseling services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Life Seasons Counselling provides individual and couples counseling services to clients aged 14 and older in Kanata, Ontario, both in-person and via telehealth platforms.
Professional Standards & Scope of Practice
Professional Qualifications
- Licensed mental health counselor in Ontario, Canada
- Adherence to College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) standards
Session Policies
Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee
Payment Terms & Fees
Fee Structure
- Individual therapy: $150 per 50-minute session
- Couples therapy: $200 per 80-minute session
